If I say I am not a liar and I am, well then I am a liar. If I say I am a liar and I am not, well then I am a liar. How can anyone tell if I am a liar or not?
What is your answer?

I like this one. It’s a pity that I’ve never taken philosophy seriously enough to be steeped in such logical convolutions. But in my humble (amateur) opinion, liars can best identify other liars. Otherwise, it’s virtually impossible.
Oh, another observation. The second sentence is flawed I think because it’s logically impossible to say you are not a lair if you have already lied. Or something. I think.

i am not — I wonder whether I should try to identify you. I am afraid I could mix up philosophers and liars. Completely, that is. ;-)

Linger, thanks for joining in ;-)
By the way, thanks also for calling us idiots. We appreciate it, though, we prefer to be called liars, just in case.
